MARIO BALOTELLI FLIES HOME AFTER BEING SUBBED

Manchester City forward Mario Balotelli
stormed down the tunnel after being
substituted against Sunderland yesterday
and within hours, was back home in Italy
according to the Daily Mail.
City fans' and staffs patience may be running
out with the 22-year-old as his attitude and
off the field antics are becoming less of a
joke and more of a hindrance. His
performances on the pitch have hardly been
world class either and this latest sulk could
land him in trouble with Roberto Mancini.
City assistant manager David Platt said: "I
don't know why he disappeared down the
tunnel."
While Mancini said "I was happy with
Mario," before adding: "He can do better."
Sergio Aguero came on for Balotelli in the
55th minute and took just five minutes to put
City 2-0 up, another factor that may affect
Mario's chances of regular first team football at
the Etihad.
