After a very long period of speculation and negotiation, one of premier league's best midfielder Luka Modric has finally joined his dream club Real Madrid in a €42 million deal. Modric who has been on Chelsea's radar for sometime now, completed his move to Santiago Bernabeu.
The Croatian and former Tottenham star had this to say at his official unveiling "It (negotiation) has been a long process and I have missed two games. I have been training with Tottenham's fitness coach and playing for Croatia. I hope I will only need a few games to get fit and reach my full fitness level and that expected of me by Real Madrid". I think it's a good move considering the fact that he will have a chance of champions league football. Players like Ronaldo and Ruud did thesame and were successful. I wish him the best!
